Mrs. Nauck is a true game changer. She supports the school staff in more ways then one. She does her job at 100%. Mrs. Nauck's compassionate, but thorough. She makes sure the children are treated fairly. She works extra hard to ensure that students with special needs have what they need to succeed. If you need something done, she is the person you should turn to. She's a magician when it comes to finding things. She's truly a leader and supporter, and she works hard to ensure that the children in her building have the tools to become successful.

Mrs. Nauck is an amazing administrator. I'm so lucky to be apart of her team. Although her days are busy, she always makes time to check in and say hello or give a smile. I appreciate her kind words and graceful spirit daily. Thank you Mrs. Nauck for taking a genuine interest in my professional development and well being. Mrs. Nauck is amazing! She strives to make sure that all of the students have exactly what they need. In doing so, her goal is to make sure that the staff is equipped with the tools to provide the students with exactly what they need. Leadership should be her middle name. Asst. Principal Nauck gives her team the autonomy needed to be successful educators all the while supporting us in ways seen and unseen. She genuinely wants to see us succeed. Education can be a difficult career but with supportive leaders like Nauck education has become a safe place of employment for me.
Mrs Nauck is an amazing adminstrator. She is my contact person and we get things done. She always seems to have a smile on her face and loves what she does. She not only leads and supports the staff, she leads and supports the children that she comes in contact with everyday. She truly deserves this award!

I am a fairly new staff member here at Kemp Primary but in this short time I have been able to witness Ms. Nauck's effectiveness as an administrator. We have been short staff as have most schools I'm sure; and the ease with which Ms. Nauck can switch hats to take on the duties or responsibilities of others, who are not present, for whatever the circumstance is to be commended. Also being new I appreciate her patience and assistance in helping me to understand my role and duties here at the school as well. She is truly an administrator that treats her assignment as more than just a means to a paycheck but as a position that can make a difference in our young ones academic lives!
