“Ms. Thacker has a huge influence on the staff, which impacts all of the students,” explains Chaney.  “She is a warm demander, so while she has high expectations, students want to follow her guidance.  She models lessons daily and supports the entire school.  Without her, teachers would not understand what a great teacher looks like.”
