"My counselor is so much more than a school counselor," explains Rhoades. "In addition to being a school counselor, she handles enrollments, scheduling, schedule changes, state testing for the district, transcripts, case loads, and child count. She's also our special education director and acts as our building principal. I could not do this job without her; she is quite possibly the smartest colleague I have ever worked with. I have worked with her for 15 years."
