Dr. Boguz’s passion and dedication to education is only matched by her commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for students, staff and parents. She has become so much more than an educator to many of her students, impacting their lives in consequential and powerful ways. She is a force of nature with her positive attitude and endless energy and enthusiasm. She has been such a gift to my children, mentoring my daughter as she begins her career in education and supporting and investing in the futures of my sons. A real hero in education these days, keeping her eyes on the prize and continuing to strive to provide the very best leadership and vision to our schools!! ??

I have worked with Dr. Bogusz for 17 years and continue to be amazed by her unending passion and dedication to education. She has made so many connections to students and their parents over the years and has earned a tremendous amount of respect from those whose lives she has touched.
Trish is an outstanding person, educator and leader. She respects every student who is under her care, and makes sure their educational needs are met. Trish encourages her staff to be the best educators they can be.

Dr. Bogusz is a fantastic administrator to work for. I have been in this district for 31 years and she is the 13 administrator I have worked for. Trish is pro teacher, what can she do to make our day better type of person. Trish is very supportive for any new activities or equipment we wish to add to our PE program, is we need it she is our biggest supporter and gets it done. Trish keeps our work environment like a family....it's a joy to work for her, She was a rock star through the covid crisis and our new methods of teaching. She was and still is the guiding light to staff and student success:)
Trish and I started in the district at the same time. She has been a source of positivity, support and inspiration since we were baby educators. Her journey from reading specialist through doctorate is testament to her dedication and determination to making a positive impact. She has left an indelible imprint on the lives of countless students and faculty over the years. Keep changing lives, Trish. It's what you do best!

Dr. Bogus is the best-est of the best principles that the MMS (Millstone Middle School) could ever have especially because she cares about all the students in the school. She also looks out for everyone to make sure no one is getting bullied and no one is getting hurt everyone is just getting on with their day, and also making sure everyone gets to class on time. We appreciate having Dr. Bogus as our principal and she makes all the students in the school happy and it just makes everyone's day feel better than it already was in the morning before all the students get to school.
The Middle School could not ask for a better Principal/Administrator to be their leader. Trish is a Life Changer! You can see this in how she interacts with students. If a student stops by and requests to see her, she is very caring and takes time out of her busy day to meet with them. I have been working with Trish the past five years as her secretary, and I see this firsthand. Between staff and students stopping in all day, she makes time for everyone. She is a hard worker who gives 100% of herself to her job and deserves this nomination! Congratulations, Trish!
Trish is one of the most dedicated, compassionate, and supportive people I know. Her level of commitment is evident in the way she handles all situations. It is clear that Trish cares deeply about her students and staff, she is never too busy to listen and offer advice when needed. She is a role model to everyone that takes the time to get to know her. She is a true example of a life changer!
Dr. Bogusz is a tremendous leader and inspiration for us and our children. I always say, I could never do her job. But she does it every day with grace, humor and strength. My job is made easier knowing I have someone I can trust and rely upon at any time. We are so very blessed to have her.

Although I've worked for Dr. Bogusz for some time, I'd like to be considered more of a friend. Dr. Bogusz has a gift for keeping students and staff upbeat and all with a sense of humor. A more dedicated administrator will be hard to find. Couldn't be more proud of you Trish!

She has the unique ability to remember everyone and to build a strong connection with so many students in her school. You can mention a student's name from 15 years ago and Dr. Bogusz can recall that student and their family. She is invested in all learners who enter her school. Dr. Bogusz also brings innovation to education. As an innovative educator she has implemented various programs to help build inclusiveness among students. Dr. Bogusz strives to ensure that all students feel a sense of belonging in the school. Dr. Bogusz encourages her teachers to also be innovators. She has supported introducing newly invented games and sports into the physical education program. She has also been a champion of the innovative healthcare career day seminar for 8th grade students, where students can hear from healthcare professionals. Dr. Bogusz is most deserving of this honor. Dr. Bogusz is one of those people in this profession that is resoundingly respected and admired. Trish works tirelessly to promote postivity and community throughout our school. She is supportive and caring of students and staff alike, and her unwavering compassion for all in our buidling, district and this township provides those who are fortunate to know her with a paragon for inspiration. The impact that Dr. Bogusz has already made on me as a new educational leader only scratches the surface of the impact she has on our school community daily. Being able to learn from her experience and engage is professional conversations has been some of the best professional development I have personally benefited from.
Each day I find myself inspired by the way she listens to our staff and students and cares for each one equally. I still remember the day I met Trish as a novice teacher almost 25 years ago. She has been a mentor and friend since. She is passionate, hard working and strives for excellence in all she does. She constantly looks to support and learn. She is one of the best!??
