She not only takes fantastic care of the students at The Academy at Nola Dunn, but she also takes care of all the staff members. The amount of passion Mrs. Smith has for her job and the people she works with is evident. Mrs. Smith has a natural ability to listen to students and clearly explains ways to increase a positive atmosphere. From the beginning of the year, she sets the tone by establishing a solid rapport and everlasting relationships.
