LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Jennifer DiAngelo was nominated by her assistant principal, Rebekkah Link.

Ms. DiAngelo has a deep passion for education and providing the highest level of instructional excellence for her students.  Ms. DiAngelo consistently receives highly effective performance evaluations and is her school's current Teacher of the Year.  As a leader, Ms. DiAngelo gives her time freely to help over the summer and prepare for the next school year, as well as organizing and leading the Panther Cub Camp to help incoming Kindergartners learn about the school, meet their teachers, and feel prepared for the first day of school.  Ms. DiAngelo is also a sponsor for Teachers of Tomorrow and helps to connect students with teachers within the school.  She also helps with Girls on the Run twice a week to help motivate female students to be physically active. Ms. DiAngelo is well liked by her peers, and her passion for children and education shines through in all interactions. Ms. DiAngelo truly is a LifeChanger for Lone Star Elementary and the education profession.
