Joyce Hall's nominator would like to remain anonymous.

Ms. Hall has always loved children. When she was younger, she pretended to be a school teacher and taught her "fake" classroom students. She has always taken a responsible and loving role in her nieces and nephews' lives, as well as when she worked as a daycare teacher with children aged 3 and 4. She never misses an opportunity to say a kind word, not only to adults, but to students. She is careful with her words. She is always complimenting students and is willing to talk with them and hand out hugs as needed.

"She has a commitment to using the social work values that she has been taught. She had those same values even before she was a social worker, which is why I nominate her for all her hard work and dedication," said her nominator.
