Heidi Duke was nominated by her superintendent, Dr. David Toth.
"Ms. Duke has been instrumental in leading our credit recovery program at Crestwood High School," said Dr. Toth. "She works with our students at the most risk of not graduating high school. Through her efforts and motivation techniques, the students find success. She is always enthusiastic with her work with these students and succeeds where others cannot. There is no doubt in my mind that without her, these students would not receive their diplomas."
