As a first year teacher, I am blessed and honored to work under such a great leader. I walk in my classroom daily with the utmost confidence because I am more than prepared to provide my students with exactly what they need. He is pulling the best out of his instructors and challenging us to step out of our confront zones so that we are preforming our "GOOD, BETTER, BEST" !
I never knew how much a principal inspires and changes a campus until I came to Mance Park Middle School. This is only my second year here, but I have 12 years teaching experience. He holds us, the teachers accountable, but also holds the students accountable not only for their actions but for their education. It not only challenges us, but challenges them too to become better--to grow.
He truly has the growth mindset--grow the individual, grow the campus, grow the community.
It's such a honor to be able to work with a man that literally gives his all, even in those hard months where we feel like we are in the trenches, he's the guiding light to get us through.
"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way." The vision Mr. Campbell has for our student's personal and academic growth and success guides all we strive for at MPMS. He has implemented change to achieving success for each student. His guidance, leadership and execution of the plan has certainly resulted in a positive change. Mr. Campbell walks along side of our teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators in order to achieve our common goals. It takes courage to make changes and it takes stamina and commitment to see them through. Working and learning from Mr. Campbell in an honor. His hard work, determination and dedication deserves to be recognized.
Congratulations Mr. Campbell you deserve it. Your our a great boss, you challenge us to grow in every aspect.
Congratulations, well deserved.
Such a hard worker and servant.
I am so proud to see Mr. Campbell nominated for this award. He has been at Mance Park Middle School (MPMS) for almost five years. During this time he has implemented a great learning environment for our students and a great teaching environment for the staff. We have daily PLC's for our core teachers to work to create lessons, analyze data, and get to know our students. He has also implemented Hornet Time days (Tuesday/Thursday) for an extra 30 minutes each day for students to receive additional practice and enrichment. Our campus is also a Capturing Kids Hearts (CKH) campus and we are really working at creating leaders in our students. Mr. Campbell leads by example and uses our CKH concepts within our staff structure. This lifelong learner has helped our campus go from a F-rating to a B-rating. His leadership and support is very valued and appreciated. He deserves to be the Life Changing Leader of 2023!
