LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Michael Miles was nominated by a colleague, Logan Horton.

Mr. Miles is a LifeChanger because he pours countless hours into his students at Chickasaw City Schools. He works around 65-75 hours on a consistent weekly basis to ensure students are successful, both academically and personally.

Mr. Miles is also a hard worker. He is the first person to volunteer himself for any sort of "extra work." He is also a coach who helps his student athletes believe in the values of commitment, loyalty, and integrity.

"I am proud to call him a coworker and a friend," said Horton. "There is no one else more deserving of this award than he. Coach Miles also is selfless. He puts his students' interests above his own and is a true leader in our building. We are incredibly grateful to have him as our History Department chair and a member of our staff at Chickasaw High School."
